Tobias B. Rodriguez received his J.D from Chicago-Kent College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2019. Mr. Rodriguez received certificates in both Labor and Employment Law and Public Interest Law, earned a CALI Award for having the highest grade in his Legal Writing 3 course, and, in recognition of his volunteer work, Mr. Rodriguez was awarded a Dean's Distinguished Public Service Award. He was also inducted into Chicago-Kent's Bar and Gavel Society for his leadership contributions to the school. Mr. Rodriguez received his B.A. from Princeton University in 2011, where he majored in Psychology and earned a certificate in Gender and Sexuality Studies.

During law school, Mr. Rodriguez gained experience as a judicial extern in Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division. Mr. Rodriguez also interned for the Cook County Office of the Public Defender, Felony Division, a prestigious family law firm, and numerous legal aids and government offices. Prior to joining Shimanovsky & Moscardini, LLP, Mr. Rodriguez completed a prestigious Equal Justice Works Fellowship at a Chicago legal aid, practicing family law.
